I have led international teams of 5 to 25 designers and drove impactful design initiatives across diverse organizations. With 4 years of experience in Design management, overseeing talented designers and fostering their growth, I am dedicated to creating an environment where designers can thrive. I support them with effective operational processes that enhance their design work quality, efficiency, design standards and elevate the value of design within the company.

With a no-nonsense approach, I implement operational processes that raise design standards and maximize the value of design within organizations. By streamlining workflows and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, I empower teams to bridge the gap between design and development seamlessly.

One of my core passions lies in driving accessibility initiatives. I firmly believe in the power of inclusive design and the importance of making digital experiences accessible to all users. By championing accessibility best practices and seamlessly integrating them into our design processes, I ensure that products are accessible, by design.

Over the past 6 years, I have built and scaled Design Systems. They are key to delivering effective, consistent, and intuitive digital user experiences while making the design and development community stronger.

With enthusiasm, and a strong focus on empowering designers and driving accessibility initiatives, I am ready to make a meaningful impact as a Design Manager.
